Tim is an experienced business leader with a proven track record in global medtech, bringing a wealth of strategic insight and governance expertise to the board. With a career spanning over 40 years, he has held global senior leadership roles across the MedTech field, including founding The Adaro Group enabling him to contribute effectively to corporate decision-making, risk management, and overall company strategy. As a NED, Tim offers an independent perspective, challenging the status quo and ensuring that the company’s strategies align with the long-term interests of stakeholders. His deep knowledge of eyecare and medical technology adds invaluable insight to the boardroom discussions. Tim has held non-executive roles in several organizations, where he has demonstrated a commitment to strong governance, sustainable growth, and operational excellence. He is particularly passionate about being part of a truly client centric recruitment partnership offering that offers a bespoke solutions for both global coprorates as well as growth focused start ups.
