As a NED, Tim offers an independent perspective, challenging the status quo and ensuring that the company’s strategies align with the long-term interests of stakeholders. His deep knowledge of eyecare and medical technology adds invaluable insight to the boardroom discussions. Tim has held non-executive roles in several organizations, where he has demonstrated a commitment to strong governance, sustainable growth, and operational excellence.
